The hubby and I wanted something that our guests could actually use. So we decided on save the date luggage tags. My FH is a graphic and web designer, so he helped me put my "vision" on paper! We had what he designed printed and laminated. I ordered leatherette luggage tag loops from Amazon $6 x 25.

I then started to wonder if people would misplace them since our wedding isn't until October. So I decided to create a magnet to attach the luggage tags to (2 luggage tags per couple). I created what I call a "button" (square piece on pic with our logo) using my FAVORITE machine ever...the Cricut!!

We printed stickers with our logo and in small print wrote "Please use luggage tags with permanent marker and let dry for 15 minutes". We found thin square magnets at office depot. In between the magnet and the back of the "button" I hot glued a thin rope to form a loop. From the loop I hung the two luggage tags!! I added a lil bow for the completed look!

Here are some pics of the process and the final one hanging from our fridge!

Hope you ladies like it!

Thank you ladies!!! Glad you like them!

Beachbunnybride-

I believe the printer used card stock paper. I had them laminated to make them durable. That's why I put in small print on the "button" for them to use permanent markers so it wont smudge,

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
