Hey Ladies

 

I'm starting to worry about Hair/Makeup.. has anyone had that done at the Spa on the resort? I'm hoping myself along with my 7 bridesmaids can all get it done at the resort but I'm worried we will all end up with braids or something. Anyone have any insight?

we had 10 girls get their hair done at the salon at the golf course- they do a great job!! Just bring a picture of exactly what you want and they replicate it even better than the pictures!

Has anyone rented the Chinese hanging lights for any of the terraces? Our reception is in 6 weeks @ Tucan terrace and we are unsure how many to rent from the vendor. If you have any previous experience please let me know, thank you!
Hi ccawley79 have a look through the reviews of past brides I'm sure I read one recently from this year that had a terrace and Chinese lanterns can't remember how many though. The reviews are great for private event tips. Good luck x

Are there any other MP Brides and Grooms that are taking/or took their honeymoon in Cancun or the surrounding areas after their stay at MP? I am thinking about a few days but somewhere a bit more private and wanted to see if anyone can recommend somewhere that my agent can look into. Thanks!!!

Their Playacar Palace resort in Playa del Carmen is BEAUTIFUL, boutique like hotel. No many kids around either.

I had my hair and makeup done at Leblanc (for my engagement pictures and as a trial) which is a palace resort and everything came out great.  Definitely bring a picture of what you want and they can make it happen.  But just remember that if you are having a lot of people doing hair and makeup to make your appointment early so they have enough people at the salon for your wedding.  That's what the stylist told me to do since if they don't enough stylist they have to bring them in from other palace resorts.  Also remember that you can use your resort credits on hair and makeup that is a big help.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
