Hi Ladies

Soooo I'm in a bit of a dilemma, my other half has just watched a couple of You tube weddings at the Moon and he's really concerned now about getting married on the beach (now he says).  This is mainly because we will only have a very small group at our wedding as it's so expensive to fly from the UK.  T(here's not really an option for a short 4 day trip).  He thinks it will look dumb with just the small group of 10 or so we will have.  To all the brides that have been there or if you made a site visit is there somewhere other than the beach or where they hold the Catholic ceremonies that they hold weddings.....  Starting to panic a little bit.

I've not booked yet due to his need to google every site and find out everything before we do...  He's becoming groomzilla very quickly.

Any suggestions I would appreciate it..  A desperate MP bride to be msncry.gif

Hiya Hun I'm planning on getting married at the moon palace in 2014 and will only have 9 guests due to the expense of traveling from the Uk. I'm planning to get married in one of the gazebos as its quite windy there. Tell your hubby to be its about you two and not how many guests will be there. You won't look silly only having a few guests it will be small and intimate, just perfect. You will have a wonderful day, MP is a dream location. Love Kelly x

Hi Kelly

Luckily Ana at the Moon Palace sent me some photo's of the Gazebos and Iove them.  Like you that's what i'm planning on doing.  I think we're over the hurdle now..  I'm sure he'll pick up on something else soon..  I'm starting to wonder who really should be wearing the white dress and acting like a crazy bride me or him.. Thanks again it's reasurring to hear someone echo my words exactly.  Love Leigh x

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
