These are fantastic! Did you mail out all pieces in one larger envelope? I am creating passport invites and originally just had an envelope to put those in, but now I feel like I might need a pocket fold to put the passport in. But, then there is an empty base page, so then I feel like I might need to put the invite there. Sigh.  As you can tell I am torn with this one. Do you think some pocket fold is needed instead of putting passport in the mailing envelope?

No problem, Yes paperandmore is awesome. I brought the pink paper to make the pockets and the orange to put lining in the envelope. I also brought the RSVP and the larger envelope to mail out the invites.

Thank you yes i mailed out the invites in the pink #10 policy envelope.  No not really if the passport imvitation is the only thing going in the envelope. If you plan to send anything else, I would suggest a pocketfold.  good luck with your project

You did an awesome job!  I love them.  I am doing passport invites and am kind of torn about the packaging.  At first I bought just the small envelopes to just put the passports in.  But now I see that I lot of people get the pocketfolds, then put the passport in the pocketfold, then an envelope.  The only thing with the passport size pocketfolds is that it would have this blank base page that would normally contain the invitation.  So, now I am wondering if I should do the extra work of getting the pocketfolds, taking the 'invitation' part out of the passport, and creating a new 'invitation' on the base page.  Sigh....more than I bargained for, but might be better.  What do you ladies think?  This is all DIY, but I did find the pocketfold envelopes on papersandmore.com for $41.99 for 50.  So, I think its worth it because I looked up how to pocketfolds yourself, but looks like a ton of work! lol!  Here is a sample of the pocketfold I was talking about (not my design, I just pulled a sample from google).  But, instead of all the inserts, I would just put the passport which contains all that info.  Can I get away with just the envelope, or should I really put the passport in the pocketfold?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
