2013 Gran Caribe Real/ Royal Cancun Brides

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I wonder if anyone has actually gotten flowers outside the resort and met florist outside or in the lobby? I want to have my own center pieces and want real rose petals I have friends that will set this up. However I am scared I will get charged a vendor fee. I mean if they dont touch them and I bring them in it be a bit silly but they charge for everything it seems. Just wondered if anyone has done this and avoided a vendor fee. Also did anyone just take an ipod for music? My FI doesnt think ita worth getting a DJ for such a short time but I wondered if the sound system they provide is good enough to get the party going or really only loud enough for like dinner music. Any info would be soooo apreciated

Hi Ladies

Just wondering how you all plan on having your tables set up for the reception. I'm only expecting 30-40 people including kids, and just wondering if you plan on having the entourage sit with you and your hubby. We'll be facing 20-25 people, and about 3 tables if  we have the entourage sit with us. Thoughts?

Hi BeachBum Lesley,

I'm having 57 people including kids, we're doing a sweat heart table for us, and assorted (2) round and (4) square tables for our guest.

If you're hiring a photographer don't forget to include them in your reception seating (i almost forgot! lol )

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
