Hi Krystal

I am also doing real touch bouquets from Etsy. Tai Flora isn't good at all with communicating. I have heard horror stories about the flowers they used for different weddings. My communication on AlexisGrace on Etsy has been outstanding..  She is sending me ribbon colors to make sure they match my bridesmaid dresses. The great part about it you know exactly what your getting before you travel to your wedding. I defintely feel real touch flowers are the way to go.

Hi Ladies!

I was searching around youtube last night and I came across two weddings that took place at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites on the beach. I found them helpful, so I wanted to share. If the brides (or videographers) are on here thank you so much for posting them to youtube!!

This video - http://youtu.be/poqn3LWW10o isn't edited, so the bride doesn't show up until around the 12 min mark but you can see the ceremony space and setup (including drinks), how long the walk is and the music setup. Also the signing documents part and how long that may take.

This video - http://youtu.be/pzh56pshBAw has some editing/music over it but again you get a good idea of the ceremony space for those that want it on the beach. I'm guessing their reception was at Aunt Rubys.

Hope it helps! Happy planning! :)

Hi Krystal, I ordered real touch bouquets for my wedding. They turned out really nice and I like the fact that I can keep them after the wedding. I used http://www.plumeriasweddingflowerboutique.com/ to order mine.

I ordered real touch flowers from afloral.com. They were very inexpensive and I just plan on assembling all of the bouquets and bouts myself to save some $$$.

There are two forms of BC in Canada.. or at least that know of. One is small, cc size which doesn't contain their names. The other is a larger 5x7 that contains both your parents name (I believe both, but your fathers full name) This is the one you need. Its easy enough to get... I just applied for it online, though if you don't have it, you better get on it as you need to get the copy, have it notarized and then get it to the hands of the WC at least 30 days before your wedding.

I believe Aunt Rubys has the biggest capacity at the Suites.  The documents say that you need 100-200 persons to do a private reception there.

Do yo have information to contact her at??

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
