I ended up going with a lady based out of Delaware.  My soon to be father-in-law has friends that own a travel magazine and they put me in touch with her.  Her rates are great and I can call her anytime. smile159.gif

I think someone on here mentioned they were $8 a chair?  Are you getting them for your wedding too?  I def am... maybe they can just leave them at the resort after you use them so we can too hahaha... make their life/transporting chairs easier.

I peaked under the chair covers when I was there.  Let me just say, they must be covered.  They are not nice chairs underneath.  Your option is only the ones with chair covers and a bow, unless you rent them from TaiFlora.

And YES I'm also looking into renting them, my FI said, "you want to spend how much on chairs?!"

I love the way the chiavari chairs look!  What color are you looking to rent?  I'm thinking I may just do white ones.  They would only have to store them at the resort for 2 days before you would need them!  I just sent a long email to TaiFlora with all of my final choices for flowers and also asked about pricing for them.  I'll let you know if I hear back.

Yes, please let me know if you hear back.  I contacted them a few times.. only heard back once and was not given any answers.  Would you use the chiavari chairs for the ceremony, reception or both?  I would want white chairs too but have not seen options from them/what they offer.  Do you know about the seat cushions?  White would be fine for that too as long as they don't look/get dirty....

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
