I am starting to put together a website and would love it if anyone would be willing to share theirs for ideas!  I saw one that I loved, but can't seem to find it again.  I am unsure of what wording and information to include.

  Thanks!!

Hi Brooke,

Wedding websites are such a great way to share information with your guests! Share your engagement story and photos then add on more information as you further your wedding plans! Add as much or as little as you like. Include write ups of how you met and how he proposed. Add photos and fun stories of you both and what activities you enjoy doing together ie) hiking, snow boarding. Your wedding website will be a great start getting your guests excited about your Destination Wedding. Include the details of your chosen destination and the property, as well as the fun tours and excursions they can choose from or read further on the details of one you would like to arrange for your group. Post photos of your resort and some of the key features that will excite your guests and make them look forward to this momentous trip as much as you do. Post an itinerary for the week including any welcome or rehearsal dinners as well as your wedding day schedule as to where guests need to be and what time, even what they should wear (beach casual, barefoot, or formal). Of course include their travel information and pricing. And the best part, if you have a destination wedding designer, add their contact information so they can assist all of your guests with their travel arrangements and questions!  Sarah Blue Petal

wedding websites are a great idea! my advice is find a site you like that is free for you, because its only temporary. And then just add as must or as little as you want to share with everyone. I did my wedding website with www.weddingwire.com and they give page suggestions that you can add to your website to give you ideas of what you should write about! mine is still a work in progress because we are constantly updating it, but take a look if you want

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
