Ladies,

I need to start by thanking all of the past brides that helped me put together my passport pre travel brochure.

I would like to share my project as I know there weren't any passport pre travel brochures out there when I was looking for ideas.

I started out by using Aylee's bits free passport template. I also got a lot of ideas and information from other brides' brochures and passports ideas. I have included photos of the finished product and the initial document. I am sorry, I can't seem to find my final printable version but I would be glad to help you figure out how to print it. Formatting the pages is the most important part, numbering them is a must!! My FI is the IT pro so he formatted everything then I had to move pages around and number them correctly so I could print the pages back to back. I used metallic ivory cardstock for the cover.

Wow, this looks great Amjohnson. How did you cut it so it looks so perfect, and what size paper? I'm working on a pre-travel brochure right now, and uncertain whether to do a passport style (seems like a lot work) or a tri-fold brochure that will be printed by Vistaprint. Thanks!

Hi Redginger,

It really wasn't too bad. The most work was formatting the pages by number in the right order so that they were back to back when you printed. I then put the printed booklets on top of the shimmer cardstock and left about .5 inches around. I got a corner punch at Walmart for 5$! The doc I posted isn't my final formatted copy. I will try and get my FI to send it to me from the other computer. I am also going to post more photos of the final invitations. I hope this helps!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
