Hope you're enjoying married life Taryn! cheesy.gif

In going back over this thread (I saved it bc you did such a great job!) I noticed your bouquet wrap - where did you get it?

I purchased it online from koyalwholesale.  I used it around my bouquet and votive candles and then used it on bigger candles and other stuff for candy buffet for my AHR.  And I still have a little left.  It goes a long way. :)

I feel like someone pressed 'fast forward!' these last few weeks! I've got most everything together - just need to make the favor tags, finish the welcome letters, and a few other 'lil' things...I've been laid back throughout, but lately I've had some 'bridal' spells - just really excited/happy to get there one minute and then stressed/anxious the next! It's just overwhelming thinking of your guests and hoping (most) everything turns out alright (esp. w/all the Palace changes right now) cheesy.gif

We rec'd a free function since we had enough rooms booked.  Just had to pay the $12 pp for the terrace location.

We did have a welcome dinner and paid $400.00 USD per table of 10 guests.

I really liked the set up that you had!

I remember those feelings...excited to go and anxious about everything and everyone all at the same time.  I hope the changes don't affect the weddings much or at all.  They do such a great job there so you should be fine.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
