Thank you!!! The ribbon on the flowers was one of the mishaps- it was supposed to be a royal blue like my necklace and BM's dresses, but wasn't..oh well..lol.  :)

ahh ok. chalk it up as a memory...right?

I came home with about half of the striped straws I took with me. why the bartenders didn't pass them all out - cuz I know my group was drinking a LOT - beats me.. lol

Mexico memories. that's what I'm calling them.

Haha yep- there are a lot of those- esp drunken stories from my friends.  The first night all the guests arrived was my bachelorette party and when us girls returned my one friend returned to her room with her husband floating in the jacuzzi tub in the room.  Thankfully he was breathing and fine...but that would have put a damper on our trip had he not been breathing and needed to go to hospital.......let's just say my friends took full advantage of the words "all-inclusive" lol.

holy crap, that would be seriously SCARY!!!

my girls brought a huge blow up penis for my bachelorette. they kidnapped me from one of the bars that night - and the rest of the weekend the staff pointed and laughed them, saying "deek! deek!"

yes, memories. or..fuzzy memories!!!!

Haha that's funny... we were drinking out of our penis straws at the resort for dinner before we went on the CunCrawl and all the waiters just stared at our straws and said "Is that a Penis"  Guess they don't have penis Straws in Mexico, haha! :)

my girls were asking the (male) staff how to say "penis" in spanish. they couldn't tell them..all they would say was the "deek! deek!" lol hence the pointing & laughing that followed...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
