You all ready @@Giocivs88??

@@Giocivs88 - how long are you staying at the resort? I'm arriving on July 2. Maybe I'll see you!

I'm still waiting on a few things (lobster house confirmation, pricing on peonies) but things are coming along! Printing menus, programs and itineraries next week. Ordered wooden table numbers in spanish, wooden signs for the ceremony, a "take a shot and take your seat" sign and chair signs. I was going to order maracas for the tables, but we are sending each guest a luggage tag in the mail a few weeks before they leave to get them excited and give some packing tips.

Still have to write my vows and finalize music. I'm getting so excited though!! Time flies by.

Just got the confirmation letter for our date for a year from now- May 27, 2016. :) Figured I should get going and send the Save the Dates ASAP to give people time. I want to make a wedding website and put that on the save the date so people can see info on the resort and booking info through my travel agent.

Anyone have a wedding website they wouldn't mind sharing so I can get ideas on what to put about the hotel/accommodations?

Figured it would help get me started,  thanks!! :)

Hi Ladies! I can't believe that we are already back home to reality. (I seriously already got misty-eyed once at work this morning thinking about the wedding. Not joking!) I will write a more detailed review when I have more time, but I just want to let you know that you (we) made the best decision in choosing ERC. The resort itself is stellar, and our wedding day could not have been any more perfect. The décor setup, the food, the DJ, our photographer, the fire show, the weather... everything was just as I had hoped it would be. Every one of our guests thanked us for picking such a top-notch resort, and they all had a blast at the wedding. Jessica and the entire staff are really exceptional. I'm happy to answer any questions, but as others have said, you honestly have nothing to worry or stress about. I'm so excited for you all to have the special day of your dreams like we did. :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
