Excellence Riviera Cancun Brides?

Recommended Posts

@@Tighev  It took approx 2 weeks for my final decisions to be confirmed from when I submitted it which was the middle of May.  You will receive a document back from your WP to read through and confirm.  This also includes all final prices for any upgrades/extra's for you to confirm.  You sign it and send it back.  I've not had any problem with mine, the menu I selected was all agreed but if I'm honest, I will follow back up with your WP to confirm before having menu cards printed.  Just incase.  My wedding is the week after yours and mine has all be sorted so follow up to get your final decision document back asap.

Just got back from our wedding at ERC.  I do not know where to begin, there are so many great things to say about the resort.  It was AMAZING!  I cannot express enough how awesome of a job our WC Alejandra did!  The wedding was organized and stayed on time.  Our songs we picked to walk down the aisle was played on time, the cocktail hour, reception, staff, the photographer Ashley did an amazing job with the pictures, the whole wedding for lack of a better word, was PERFECT!

Brides to be, please try not to stress about your wedding day at ERC. I know it's hard to do, but your day will be an amazing as well.

WC Alejandra - She was easy to work with.  My now wife gave our decorations to Alejandra at our meeting and she made sure all went according to plan.

Ashley - she was the photographer with ERC.  Her pictures came out Beautifully!  She scheduled a meeting with us as well to go over types of pics we would like and she also recommended other shots for the wedding.  She was easy and fun to work with as well.  I highly recommend using Ashley.

ERC staff - they work so hard to ensure all the guests have an amazing stay.  The staff are so friendly, we didn't want to leave.  Just to name a few of the staff we spoke with almost daily, Sportsbar - Genaro, Martini Bar - Oscar and Leonel, Chez Isabella restaurant - Ramon and Jesus, Spice restaurant - Daniel and Edwin, Waiter/Waitress staff at the pool bar - Karla and Oscar (same Oscar at Martini Bar), Waiter at Bar by Pavillion - Eleuterio and the Waiter staff at our Wedding - Amir and Jassiel.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi everyone. My partner and I just sent off our final decisions, so excited with just under a year to go. (11 months) :) White choc and raspberry for our cake, has anyone asked for decorations, edible flowers for instance for their cake and know the extra cost roughly? thank you ladies xx

@@Izzychadbone       I plan on asking if they could put two real flowers on our cake as decoration. I'm going to ask at our first meeting when we get to the resort. I'm going to see if they could just take two flowers out of our centerpieces to add to the cake, rather than paying extra.   I'll let you know when we get back!!

@@vanessajfelice         I believe it is any centerpiece from the "centerpiece catalog."   You're wedding coordinator should have emailed you the PDF document with all the centerpieces.   If not, let me know and i'll try to figure out how to attach it here.      There are many different centerpieces, ranging in size and shape.

Yes, I definitely do not have it. If you can attach it, that would be great. Or, you can email me if that is easier? Felicejohnsonwedding@@gmail.com

Thank you so much!

@@vanessajfelice I just uploaded the gold package guide and the flower bouquet options to my public gdrive. You can download them from here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_zoyOhoKIAheDFUaTJxN3llc1k&usp=sharing

Thank you! We actually decided not to do the gold, we are doing the excellence love one (the middle one), then we took the extra money and am doing a welcome cocktail reception. I will totally take a look though!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
