Pueblo Bonito WC

Recommended Posts

Hi!  My PB WC is Fabiola.  Has anyone had any experience with her?  While she is very nice over the e-mail and on the phone, she's not exactly stellar in the respond-in-a-timely-manner department when it comes to e-mails.  It's getting frustrating. sad.gif  Has anyone had any experience with other PB WCs?  I don't want to rack up the phone bill with calls to Cabo.

Dear mielikki55,

I work for Pueblo Bonito Resorts and Spas and I just saw your comment. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for any delay you experienced in getting a response from our Wedding Coordinator Fabiola. I know that there really is no excuse but after speaking to Fabiola's supervisor, I understand that the wedding coordinators have been very busy these days, preparing for the different weddings taking place today, 11-11-11 and this weekend. Apparently many a lot of weddings are taking place. Can you please send a message to [email protected] at the resort with your name and wedding date and the resort staff will make sure to contact you promptly. Once again, please accept our apologies and you can definitely feel assured that our wedding staff will help you plan a wonderful wedding and the planning process will be smooth. Thank you! Mary

I was working with Fabiola too. Spoke with her one day on the phone and then for a week heard nothing until I was contacted by Jesus. I wasn't even told Fabiola wasn't there anymore but I figured it out. Jesus was nice and friendly, but it still took him a month to answer one question. I ended up bailing (right before sending out invitations thankfully) and going with another resort. I love Pueblo Bonito but having a destination wedding is stressful enough, I don't need poor communication. I with you luck! If all else fails, just call them every day on Skype until you get your answers.

I was told that Fabiola was no longer working at PB by Jesus' supervisor.  Jesus has been responsive so far.  And I think we're almost there with the wedding contract...I just need to pick out the menu.  I've already booked the photographer and dj (and paid deposits), so there's no backing out.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
