Cancun Now Jade pricing

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

We are planning our wedding for Nov 2012 and decided get a planner because we don't want to stress about it. I recently received prices and I couldn't believe it. For a group from Toronto they quoted: Now Jade - $1648.00 per person based on double occupancy.

If you are planning your wedding around the same time from Toronto, please let me know what kind of rates you are getting and from where.

Thanks!!

We are getting married Nov 2012 at the now jade... We paid 1634.00 with tax from edmonton. When i got a quote from toronto for our guests there it was around 1300.00. I was surprised at how reasonable the resort is for how nice it is!!

It was with Transat Holidays.. but it was in september so it could have changed! Sorry i didnt even think of that... i just checked it was 1346.52 in september. i still think you can get something close to that in november? All of our quotes with transat have only lasted for 2 weeks, and so we got a few for different people and i have found it has gone up and down by 200-300 dollars depending on the week. So maybe you need to wait a week and ask for a new quote?

$1648 is alot per per person!  We are getting married in May 2013 and i have asked for prices and the ones i have gotten back are soo ridiculous.  From one travel agent i actually got quoated 2,000 plus 200 tax so we are just going to wait until 2012, hopefully the prices will go down.  I am also from Toronto.  Which travel agent gave you that quote?

Ladies remember that the eariler you book the more likely it is that you will get the early booking bonuses and concessions from the tour operators.

Most groups qualify for these but it will depend on how far in advance you book. Peak season and holidays will reflect in price too, so it could be cheaper/more expensive depending on your dates, if you are flexible on dates it could make a difference.cheesy.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
