How much did you spend on your invitations?

Recommended Posts

Her website is www.papermoxie.com. HEr name is Sheryl and I totally heart her. She is awesome. I just told her how many I needed and what I wanted to spend and she came up w options within those parameters.

Since it is cutom she will include what you want for that price. I am only having people rsvp on line so I didn't need a lot of enclosures. I just had 1 that said where the welcome dinner and brunch will be.

If you talk to her tell her I recommended you. She just finished mine on labor day so she'll remember me.

Also, what was included in your invites (RSVP card, direction card, etc?)

Thanks!

True!!! I'm going to wait to get the samples before I do anything else. I have looked into the other websites everyone gave me and I got some GREAT ideas. I may change a few things on my sample request so I can kind of incorporate the other ideas too.

Yeah I spent about $60.00 and we only sent out about 40 or so invites. IMO I refused to spend a lot on invites when people don't usually remember them. I wanted to do the message in the bottle because I do believe that is something people would remember but I did magnet STD that I put inside the invites, so it wouldn't have worked out.

Oh, you're so sweet. If I didn't need/want to get my invites out in December, I would totally drive to MD every weekend to work with you on these. We could break out the glue gun and a bottle of wine and go to town making those crystal starfish. LOL!!!

Seriously though, I need to buckle down and figure out which invites I'm going to do. There are so many good ideas out there, I need to make a decision and just stick with it.

Thanks for your help and opinions ladies. This is very helpful.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
