This question is for everyone? I'm curious to see what you spent on just your invitations, whether you made them yourself or had them professionally done.

    Thanks for your help.

I plan on making them myself (rather simple) and spending around $200 for 200 of them including the $41 in postage.

Considering I'm not married I spent $0 on my invites. LOL. I think I would def have them done but that is only b/c I am terrible at DIY. I think the most I would spend on an invite is $10 (but even that is a bit much). It would all depend on how much I really loved the invite.

I feel like I am the resident cheapass of the board, but I spent about $280 on 100 invitations, if I remember correctly. Got them thru costco and einvite. They were kinda boring but so simple and easy and never a headache.

We have spent approx $42.99 on ours, we have had to get them from the states so with the exchange rate being so good, it probably works out to roughly £22-£23. very cheap but we have yet to see what they look like and what we need to do to send them out.

Are these professionally printed invitations? How many did you order? Where did you get them from?

            Thanks for your help.

i made them myself - so it's hard to total the cost. i bought the paper, envelopes, and stamps - it had to have been less than $100

We spent way to much, the total was somewhere between $500-$550 for 75 invites including postage which looking back I should have gotten them cheaper.
I was kind of in a jam and needed to order and get them out ASAP because our resort fills up so quickly and there are a few wedding the same week as mine. I spent a couple of hours looking on line and got so fed up that I said screw it and just went with the ones I thought looked nice, could fit all of our travel info on them, and were easiest to order online.
I would not do this again though.

we're doing message in a bottle invites...so far i'd say about $140 for 60 glass invites and extra material (bottles, paper, sand, etc) to spare...shipping will be the rough part, but can't imagine costing more than $1.00/invite.
