Iberostar Paraiso Wedding Roll Call

Recommended Posts

Hello Hello!!!

Thank you, our photographer was amazing... And he is an absolute blast. He is always willing to work with brides and this is all he does, travel and capture your amazing moments!

I got my hair done at the resort, there is a shopping area and they also have a spa there. The lady that did my hair was named Cele, but there were quite a bit of brides/bridesmaid's getting their hair done there also that were AMAZING... So no worries there ladies.

I did my own makeup, got myself all stocked up and ready, did a few trial ones with my makeup girl here in Dallas and then went at it. But I am sure the ladies there can also pull it off... I would suggest you just have your own product.

FUN TIMES!

I am overwhelmed in picking a resort. My top pick was Lindo until i read the wedding packages and I saw that the wedding reception is only 1.5 hours while other hotels such as Now have it for three hours. Can someone clear it ip? Do you pay extra to stay longer and do they have other places to have the reception instead of one of the restaurants?

Hi!

Depending on your budget, you can pay for a private reception separate from your package.  My fiance and I chose the silver package and selected the private reception on the beach.  You can also choose the shopping center or the private restaurant.  They also have the DREAMS package, and that includes a ton of extra amenities, including a 4 hour private reception.  I would ask your WC at the resort to give you a list of the options.  Just make sure to keep bugging them with emails, but not to add too many questions in one email because they tend to skip over some of your questions.

If you want to know what all is included in the dreams package, I would click on the Iberostar paraiso 2014 Brides Forum.  I just looked on there the other day and saw that a bride had posted the price and list of the Dreams Package.  Let me know if you have any other questions! I hope that helps!

I will let you know what we are going with:

Silver Wedding Package

Adventure Photos Photography (at the resort)

DJ Doremmix (Out of Cancun)

Private Beach Reception

We are in the process of booking Doremmix too!! We are also probably going to have a private beach reception as well, you will have to let me know how everything turns out. I think your wedding is before mine, ours is in April.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
