On www.theskylantern.com they have case lots of lanterns.

I will need about 40 but for the cheapest price they come in 120 pieces.

Are any Alberta brides thinking they would like to go in on these. It would save shipping and lower the cost of the lanterns. With shipping costs it ends up at just over $2 a lantern.

Just for reference if I order just 40, the price with shipping comes out to $2.66 per lantern.

Let me know ladies. My wedding is Dec 3rd so I will ordering in October.

                ok so 40, 40 & 35 = 115 that is perfect. I can take the extras. :)

I have emailed the company to make sure they are the biodegradable ones. I am assuming since they ship from Vancouver as well there shouldn't be any duty.

Hey Ladies....sorry, I am going to have to pass. WC is humming and hawing about these and the use of kerosene/fuel and the location of my wedding (island in middle of pool). Enjoy, I'm sure it will be spectacular!

They are not the kerosene ones but rather paper and wire.....
