You don't have to fly a photographer in from Scotland.  There are plenty of really talented photographers in the US and Canada that would have far better prices.

I am still deciding on a resort to get married at October 2013 however I think I have decided on Gran Bahia Tulum! I wanted to check and see what the max number of people are included with the vow renewal package? Anyone know?

There are no number of people written and I wasn't given that info when they sent it to me so..  I'm guessing 30 because that's the number of people who can get champagne in the unforgettable package.. hahahha

Has anyone had any really small parties to there weddings? The way its going its looking like under 10 people (including us!) will be at ours. Is this still do-able or do they have a minimum amount of people for it go ahead?

That's definitely doable.  I've seen very small parties like that on the beach and it's still beautiful.  And that works very nicely for the restaurant dinners and then hanging out at the live entertainment afterwards.  It should be perfect

Any 2014 brides hear back from the resort about being able to book your dates yet? When I talked to Paloma last she said the 2014 packages would be out sometime in Feb probably, I don't want to pester her by sending another email.

I got the same response from Paloma about having to wait unti Feb 2014- she did send me paperwork asking to confirm our wedding date, which I sent to her. But then I asked her what the next step is as far as choosing a wedding site/dinner/reception site etc. and am still waiting to hear back from her. 
We are planning a February 25th, 2014 wedding at GBP- undecided on which location though....

Let me know if you hear back on the 2014 wedding package pricing!

Also - why does everyone think its just the brides on here? Im the groom and Im sorting most stuff out on here rather than `her indoors'. haha.

@micflair, that's so funny, I was thinking the same thing a few days ago. I actually have quite a few grooms who are arranging the travel reservations through myself, but it's nice because it gives the bride more free time to look for dresses and focus on the rest of the wedding!
