WHAT IS YOUR WEDDING FAVOR???

Recommended Posts

I bought them from myitalianweddingfavors.com. They were a close-out item so the price was good but they had a limited number and I had to buy them in a case of 24, which leaves us with a few extras but not many. I think the starfish ones are sold out but they have lots of other things on close-out. This was definitely the cheapest place I found them but they are available lots of places. They are called a Murano Glass Bottle Stopper and come in lots of different shapes and colors.

for myself, my sister works at a place that makes key cards, shopper cards, id badges, etc...so we made a design and have luggage tags!  Just arrived today, so we will be putting each guests names on them and using them as place card holders as well.

then we have raffia fans and OOT bags as well.

we leave in three days :)

We're ordering custom imprinted champagne glasses.  They will be used for the toast at our cake & champagne reception following the beach ceremony.

We're also considering paddle or raffia fans for the beach ceremony and Godiva/Ghiradelli chocolate favors in addition to the welcome tote bags & beach towels,

I have the personalized fans for the ceremony for all of our guests, I've decided against OOT bags since we will be having 70+ people there and I don't know how to get them all down there.

I just don't know what to do for the place setting...luggage tags are out (cousin did that 3 years ago, I would like to do something a littlel different)

We're buying our wedding favors down in Mexico. Probably something colorful like Mexican pottery or some glass favors. Besides the fact that we don't have to pack anything, I thought it would be nice to get them something souvenir-like in the event they didn't want to go souvenir-shopping.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
