If you have the place, why not post them in a frame or on a board or something, and then leave one more program-style on each table?

I'm curious what you ended up doing? I wanted to hand out some sort of program at the beginning, or have at each place setting, with the menu / timeline for the evening, a blurb about the wedding / wedding party, and a thank you note. We're having a semi-formal party with food stations, photo booth, DJ, open bar, etc so I thought the program might help explain how the evening would work.
