Post your centerpieces here

Just finalized our centerpieces today....we're going with one I saw on here, but instead of the orchids, we're going with cala lillies (to match our bouquets).

We're just putting the 3 of them on each table and then putting votives around them to provide a bit more lighting.

These look great.  Any concern about the wind or will your reception be inside?

Our reception is outside, I'm not really concerned about the wind....I guess we could just put less water in if its windy??? Never really thought of it :)

Picked up some of the materials for our centerpieces today! This isn't the completed look but I still wanted to share :) Our colours are turquoise and purple. We're going to put little LED tea lights in the lanterns with some sand at the bottom. I hope it's enough...the centerpieces on this thread are incredible, but I just can't fathom taking that much down with us!

Very nice.  Those are my two fav colors but I decided to go with just turquoise, white and silver for the wedding.

Question:  Is your recepetion outside?  Any worries about the wind blowing the petals around?  I am trying to find a centerpiece that will be able to withstand the wind since I know my reception will be outside.  Just wanted to ask around and get opinions.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
