    Thanks Jwed!

I pulled the trigger. I sent off my TTD Dress to turn it into a sweetheart neckline.

If all goes well and the dress stays up by itself, I'll probably hack off the straps. Great advice!

I'll post another pic once the sweetheart is done with.

I like the flowy-ness of your TTD dress, and I bet your photographer could do great things with it. It also has a great train.

The straps on it are gorgeous, but I'm all about strapless. If it stayed up on it's own, I'd totally lose the straps and make it a sweetheart neckline. That might do more for shape. Then you could wear a great necklace with it. I think it will look great.  :)

Here's a couple of our TTD photos...

The bottom of my dress was trashed the day before since it was damp and got dragged across the mud/clay ground during pictures.

keeping parts of the dress in the shadow box is a great idea.

I didnt end up keeping my dress as it was real dirty and smelt super bad lol. But I cut off some items of the dress and did a shadow box.

When selecting wedding reception dresses, think about whether the wedding and reception will be held indoors, or outside. Pick long dresses with more volume if weddings are being held outside, as this will help protect you from the elements as well as giving your dress motion and energy. http://www.rainingbl...ception-dresses
