Bearfoot on the Beach-Hot sand

Recommended Posts

I'm planning on getting married November 2012 and was hoping to have a beach wedding.  I don't want to wear flip flops and I know that the heels will just sink into the sand so I think thinking bearfoot jewelry but is the sand going to be too hot ?? I think we're going to be having a 4pm wedding. Any input would help! Thanks

One bride posted in a previous thread that she wore flip flops and the sand kept on hitting her legs. She recommended wearing sandals that have a back strap to prevent the sand hitting you from the walking movement..

November 2012. Super excited! I know it's over a year away but I just know the time is going to fly by!

I was married on the beach June 3, the day wasn't so hot SO the sand felt great on my bare feet.  Keep in mind that beach ceremonies tend to be shorter...I was on the beach less than 15 min for the ceremony.  You might want sandals for the beach pics though
