Oh I LOVE that!  I may be changing my mind!  Were the votives included in the price?  I was tempted to order a bunch of these candle holders from Dollar Tree and bring them!  For the price, you can't beat it, but if they are included, then it's one less thing to worry about! http://www.dollartree.com/floral-decor/Wholesale-Bulk-Candles-Holders-Votives/Long-Stem-Glass-Tealight-Candleholders/202c205c205p331127/index.pro

Hey there! Perla quoted me $80 for the centerpiece and $10-20 for votives...I already have to bring my place cards, menus, program fans, cake topper, monogram aisle runner, guest favors, monogram cake cutter/server and flute set, and unity sand set...so I really didn't wanna have to lug centerpieces too! I priced the centerpiece here at hobby lobby (it was approximately $50 for imitation Calla Lillie's and the tall square vase at Hobby Lobby/Michael's), plus another $10 or so per table for glass votives. To me it just makes more sense to let Aqualiminia handle it (and real flowers look a lot better LOL). Hope this helps! P.S. has anyone had their phone conference/meeting with their wedding coordinator in Miami (mine's set for 2/20)...any tips or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry I meant to say" congrats!!!!!" Did you just recently book? Are you have a big wedding?'we will be seeing each other for sure!
We booked last year around March or April :). I've been so busy with preparing for marriage, wedding planning and life, I've been away from the site for waaaay too long! It is so amazing how close we are to the actual date... :) Initially I though we would have close to 100 attendees... Now as the dust settles, looks more like 40 - 50 people... How many did you end up with? What are your final locations? We are selecting the Gabi Bridge (Ceremony) and Gabi Club for the reception :)

Lololol! My call is 2/20 too! Did they send you a full planning document to fill out? Thankfully I have an outside wedding planner... Otherwise, I would be overwhelmed with all the back and forth and lack of control... I am very type A :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
