Is anyone else using Bloom Bridal for their flowers?  I contacted Judy back in October to place my custom order and everything was great at the time, fast response, very positive sounding.  Now with only two weeks until the expected arrival date of my flowers I can't seem to get in touch with her.  I sent an email last Monday with no response and again today so I will try to wait patiently for her to get back to me.  For those of you who have used Bloom Bridal can you tell me when you got your approval pics.

I wouldn't worry, a similar thing happened to me near the end. Judy is likely just really busy. I didn't get my proofs til a few days before she shipped them then she made the changes quickly. Her shipping only took 2-3 days. I know it is tight but I am sure everything is fine.

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately the downside of living in Fort mcMurray is that we are limited to our stores, we do not have any bridal stores or a Michael's here!

I've seen birdcage veils at Mars & Venus on whyte. Sometimes it's a hit & miss though. 

 

There is this girl our of Red Deer that also does some really nice hair accessories, she's on FB - Perch Designs. Not sure what her turn around time would be,but worht checking out.

West Ed also just opened up hat store by the pirate ship that had a bunch of bird cage veils and other hair accessories. Likes some of the other girls said, check out Michaels, Claires and Aldo you never know you might find something! Have you thought about going into a bridal salon and seeing if you can buy off the rack?

my order was the same. Really quick turn around for the order and then much less communication towrads the end. But she does amazing work and will have everything perfect by the time ou are ready to leave

Hey Ladies, 

Just wanted to say.. i got a couple teaser photos from my Photographer ( Misha Earle) and i put them on my planning thread and also added some " day of" photos.. was neat to see it from planning mode.. to actually seeing it come to life.. I will add more pics later.. when i am less tired.. and more organized.. but i got some up there anyway

 I am having a break down! We were planning on using starfish as decoration on the canopy and chairs for our wedding and have been patiently waiting for them to come from "The Nature Company" Nature's Wild Kingdom, I contacted paypal as I still hadnt received my package and there was no tracking number given, needless to say my money is being returned, and I have no starfish coming and we leave next week.   I dont have a clue what to do now...does anyone know of anywhere I can buy 8-10in sugar starfish in Edmonton area?? or that would get delivered by this coming monday?? What a disaster!!!

I don't really know of any local places unfortunately. Have you tried Michaels or maybe looked on Ebay?
