You just sparked my memory thank you! I've been there a few times and it's an awesome location.

I have a feeling he won't go with linen anymore though, in part because of the wrinkling and the cost. A light colored suit in general is probably in the cards! Let us know how you make out though!

I think that's where we are going to be getting my FI outfit from, I really like their stuff and they have a fair size selection to choose from at the cross iron mills location.....or they did when I was there last.

My finance finally got his suit.  He is keeping it a secret from me just like I am with my dress. lol

But I do have a little bit of details he ended up getting a tan/sand colored hugo boss suite.  He will be wearing it with flip flops, a white shirt and no tie.  He bought it during an invite only sale and I think it came to $750 including alterations.  He is super excited and can wear it after the wedding to work. He is usually has a hard time making up his mind but he said he loved it instantly.  I am so excited to see him in it.

We ordered the suits online and then just had a local seamstress take them in.

This looks great! Thank you for the suggestion. We went to Zara a few wks back and my gosh the skinny leg pant is quite in right now! lol. It's not my FI's style though. Your man's pants look fairly straight leg though, did you find the suit in store or order online and get it fitted? LOVE IT! and you SHOULD BE PROUD girl! :) I love those two colors so much; my bouquet will have peacock feathers in it and I may have some other peacock ideas in the party, but in general, we aren't doing a super theme I suppose. But purple and turquoise are a must lol... Suits and the colors look awesome! Thanks for this info, we are gonna head out this weekend to scout things out!!:):)

Hello Canadian Ladies,

I am just curious as to if any of you are getting married in Punta Cana and using an outside florist?

I have confirmed with my resort that I am able to use the flowers of a local florist (much cheaper than my resorts), but I have to go pick them up to avoid the vendor fee!

Have anyone used FLORISTERIA SISAY (Sisay Flowers)?

Any recommendations?

Thanks so much everyone! :)

That suit sounds like it will be gorgeous! I like the tan colour! My fiance also got a Huge Boss suit and they fit so beautifully! He will look so great I am sure! All the best! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
