thank you ladies!!! we LOVE LOVE LOVE the pics..... we are still waiting for more to come (she sent us the cd with all the pics but it didnt burn properly so she is resending it to us!!) so yaaay more pics to come!! yes he is a hottie and i am definetly keeping him around!! lol
Wow....these pictures are gorgeous! Thank you for sharing! We're thinking to do our TTD at Dunn's Rivers...can I ask what time did you arrive to do the photos and did you need to make these arrangements prior? I'm guessing you took a taxi there, correct?

Thank you!!! the RIU was great!! the wedding was flawlessly run and Keisha was awesome! we didnt have any issues in contacting her or getting things done. if you do decide to go with the RIU let me know and i will give you all the little secrets i used to save money with her and the RIU!!

THANKS!!! We LOVE LOVE LOVE the pics!! we cant wait to get them all!! we were there for 10am (opening time) we had to pay the 20$ entrance fee each and no prior arrangements needed. we just hoped in a taxi and headed over with our photog. Going at opening time was perfect cause it wasnt busy at all!!

thank you very much!!! it took a lot of convincing of my husband but once we got there he loved it and had a lot of fun!

Hi Canadian Brides,

 

I'm looking for some advice on where to buy men's linen pants and dress shirts.  I went to the obvious choice ... Tommy Bahama ... and of course I fell in love with an outfit, but it is waaaaay too much money for our budget.  I'm talkin' $300 for each groomsmen.  I can't ask them to spend that much.  So, I'm looking for other ideas?  I know we are also limited in terms of the time of year to buy this kind of thing due to our seasons, so I'm getting antzy.  We are getting married next May and I don't want to leave it to the last minute!

I found some linen items at Le Chateau when we were looking. I'm from Edmonton and a few mens stores here had them like Colony Clothing in West Edmonton Mall.

i didnt end  up having to pay any extras for anyone over the 10 ppl. i just asked about why we are paying 10.50 pp (i did free package) and when the answer was lame (for extra cake and champagne -- which i didnt need and then they said for chair rentals -- WTH ummm no they are already there) so she ended up charging me nothing.

 

also i refused to pay $550 for the steel drum band and she told me with the free package a dj for the ceremony is included!!

Check out Old Navy. We bought FI's and his best man's shirt there in the spring, and FI's dad got linen pants there too. Not sure what they have now, but FI has worn the linen pants in Mexico before in July, and was perfectly comfortable. And you cannot beat the price!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
