I love your VAVAVOOM!!! comment Michèle!!!!  LOL

What is so odd is that when I first came across this gown on the Maggie Sottero site I thought to myself...this is a gown you'd see on a goddess...it just has that Goddess look to it.

So thank you for your support and wonderful Greek/Canadian Goddess comment.

Hey,

when I went we wanted to go to one too, we ended up asking the front lobby and they told us that there's a cluster of them across from the Barcelo Maya. They told us to pay a taxi to take us to a few in that area. They wanted $90 for 3 hours. We decided to do it on the beach :)

Check out Hidden Worlds. I went ona  tour there.... ziplining, jungle tours, and cenotes.... And they are amazing there.

We almost thought about switching our destination to the Mayan Riviera just so we could do TTD at Hidden Worlds cenotes. Loved it so much. So beautiful.

I am sure I have seen pics from there before somewhere....

Hi Canadian Brides,

So it has been almost three months since our wedding in Mexico and we received our edited photos from our photographer last week. It took us longer only because he took over 1600 photos for us to choose from and we took over a month to send our choices in.

I have shared my favorite ones. For future brides in the Mayan Riviera area or even for Puerto Vallarta, I highly recommend Derek and Lorena from Photos in Cancun. My only recommendations would be that if you have specific poses that you want them to take, ask them at the beginning. They work amazingly as a team! Both of them take photos at the same time but from different angles. They took such natural looking photos and as one asked us to pose, the other was also taking photos. I would have liked a few :"staged photos" but I still LOVE our photos.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
