Thanks! I'd probably break a leg in these bad boys haha. I live in sneakers so heels are a rare occasion ;)I'll have to practice so I don't fall on my wedding day

i have the perfect pair of shoes now but my dog chewed the heel a bit haha, and I know photographers always like to get pictures with the shoes, so basically I am just looking for a new pair for asthetic purposes haha

However, I just got my pictures from my photo session with Del Sol in Playa del Carmen... and the pictures are amazing!! ( Atleast me and the hubby think so!) We were offered a gift for our honeymoon, which we took just after the wedding, and we went to Le Reve in Mexico. I had seen Del Sol's work and I just had to book them for a honeymoon present to us both! I'm telling you that if I had known of Del Sol before my wedding.. there is no way no how I would NOT have been married in Mexico. There work is so natural and fantastic, I can't compare them to anyone else i've seen. Here are a few pictures, hope you like them as much as I do! Good luck with your planning!!!

Congrats Krytsa on finding a photographer!!  Must take a lot of stress away!!

I went for my first dress fitting yesterday.  Yay!!  Needs to be taken in at the top and hemmed a little bit.  When I put the dress on again, it made me remember how much I love my dress!!  Cannot wait to wear it.  Only 65 days left to go!!

I'm just going to throw this out there in case anyone knows who I'm talking about...I've been searching for her planning thread/review for the last three hours, kicking myself for not bookmarking it!  This girl was from out east...maybe Toronto...and had an invite or STD done by someone on etsy.  It was a really cute illustration of an airplane flying across a map from their hometown to their destination wedding which I think was in Mexico.  Anyone?!?

MichCraw.... Beautiful, beautiful photos. In your last 3 pictures you are wearing a purple dress.  That is a very similar style and colour that I would love for my girls to wear.  Could you tell me where you bought that??  Very pretty!!
Thanks katiemac, I bought that dress at Le Chateau, maybe 2 weeks before I left for my wedding in December. It was a size too big, but when I saw it I had to have it for the pictures.. and my favorite color is purple! I think they were like 55$ each so not so expensive for bridesmaids dresses! Thanks J and G 2012... you are so right, it was stress free, casual and I felt like the photogs weren't even there!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
