We got my Fis and groomsmen shirts from Tommy Bahama.  They have a great selection, even in the winter.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from www.musebridalwear.com

They are similar to the Henkaa dresses, but I found there were more colour and fabric options.  There are also a lot more style options and they are able to do more customization at a lower cost than Henkaa. The matching tube is also included in the price.

Hey girls,

Just wanted to give you a heads up about Guylian chocolates I found today at Home Outfitters.  On the counters beside the tills they had (3 chocolate pack boxes of) Guylian Seashells for $1.49/box.  If you have money cards from Home Outfitters (they gave them out for a promotion over the last month or so), for every $50 you spend (34 boxes of chocolates) you would get $20 off...those cards are valid until Dec. 15th.  So, they would be roughly about 90 cents a box.  I paid $2.39 (on sale ) for a box of 6 chocolates at London Drugs a while back.  If I could return them and get these ones I would!

Hi belledame!

I found a great BM dress at Jacob. They always have lots of dresses and I found ours in the late Spring in a great color and it wasn't expensive at all so it was a really awesome find! You can also try RW&Co, Banada Republic, J Crew, they also have lots of options for dresses. It depends on what style you're going for, these stores offer great options that girls truly can wear again!

I also ordered convertible dresses for my BMs, but I got them from Beyond the Rack. I originally ordered the Victoria Secret dresses, but one of my sisters is fairly tall (5'10") and the dress was scandalously short on her.. so beware of VS if you have any BMs who are taller than average. BTR had the convertible Ravon dresses on sale once every couple of weeks in the summer. I haven't seen them for sale since then, though. These girls all gave great suggestions! I think it depends a lot on your budget.

Good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
