Don't worry though, I PROMISE I won't be one of those people in bathing suits standing in the way of your pics! In fact, if I'm hanging around the beach that day, I'll totally help you keep the onlookers at a good distance! A brides gotta help a fellow bride out!

 

You will absolutely have to find me - I'll give you every bit of last minute advise I can think of! My guests will be leaving on the 13th, so I should have lots of time for a post wedding drink (or two!)

Hi everyone....I'm getting married next spring in DR and was wondering if anyone has started looking into the legalities?  How early can we get all of the documentation?  I'd prefer to do it right away if possible and have one less thing to worry about.

I think you have to do it all within 90 days of your wedding - but I would double check that.

I'm ovef a year out, and would love to get it all ready right now, but think we have to wait

I am getting married in April of 2014..... I got a head start as well..... so I think you are okay considering you are only a year away

Haha.....I'm totally trying to get everything dome right now.  I guess the excitement hasn't worn off yet :-)

Ahhhhh I'm so nervous! I'm scared of picking the "wrong" resort. However, I'm not a big complainer so I feel like everything will be okay, but I'm actually having nightmares about my resort being terrible.

 

Getting married Jan/Feb 2013, haven't confirmed a date or resort yet. Trying to decide between Now Larimar and Grand Palladium (PC/Bavaro/Palace). Last week of Jan/First week of Feb. I am leaning towards GP because of the quotes and amenities (casino, kids areas, etc) but have noticed not many people are talking about that resort. I don't know if that's good or bad?
