Welcome Book for OOT bags, for Jamaica HELP!

Recommended Posts

Heya Ladies.. i need to borrow some creativity and possibly any templates anyone might have to assist! :)

I have created a welcome book for my guests to put in my OOT Bag.. i made one section of the book already full of crosswords about me and my FI, and about weddings and such.. puzzles, and games and other fun things like that... NOWWWWWwwww i am trying to work on the first part of the book, which is going to be the serious stuff, and i am having a hard time with templates and coming up with ideas...

I have created a " who's who in the zoo" section with photos and names of all of the guests.. i have also included a resort map, and i am trying to come up with a nice way to make a room list.. I was also thinking of adding a few pages on there about tips about Jamaica, some fun phrases or something like that.. ??

I have seen alot of things like that on these boards about Mexico, but none for Jamaica.

Does anyone have any ideas, or templates or advise as to what else i can add, or how to make it look etc.. I am really struggling over here! lol..

Any tips or templates would be GREATLY appreciated! and i know i can count on you ladies!!!!! :)

Thank you!!

Maybe try searching for brouchures, such as pre travel ones.  You should be able to find some with useful information that you can include in your welcome booklet.

That's a good idea.. I did search things on Iberostar.. but yeah, a pre travel brochure would be awesome too! Thanks!! :)  I was also thinking how i could go about creating some details on the wedding and such, but being that nothing gets planned until a month before at the resort, it is so hard to write any details about it.. lol

Thanks JayKay :)

I have less than five months to finish everything so i was just hoping that you could keep me updated on how things are going for you. Maybe share some ideas. I would love to do a welcome book in passport nature to include with the OOT bags. I just have no idea how to begin! happy planning....

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
