I did 6 hours for the wedding, and 2 hours for TTD.  I will be completely honest.... I have zero cons with him.  I absolutely loved working with Gonzalo!  The only con is that I wish he lived here!  Besides being a great photographer, he is just a great guy!  I still talk to him thru email. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any one of you girls!  I know a lot of photographers here in my home town and they have seen his pictures and are very impressed.

I will attach a few of the TTD pics to for you to see.  There is one with birds flying over us.... absolutely breathtaking!

Your pictures came out great HeatherViolet!

We've booked Adrian Herrera (from Victor Herrera Photography) ~ and are very excited about having him photograph our wedding! We are also planning on having him for 6 hours, in your opinion did 6 hours seem too short (or too long)? They usually book 8 hours for a wedding, but because we aren't doing a "traditional" reception we figured that 6 hours would be enough time. I'm just looking for your thoughts on that time span??

Hey guys! We have been home almost 2 weeks now! I haven't written my official review yet, but everything was wonderful! Ramon totally rocked and everything far exceeded my expectations. We are already talking about going back next year for our anniversary. We both lament the fact that it was all over too fast. We are suffering the wedding bell blues here...lol! Feel free to ask us anything! I thought I would share some photos. We brought our own photographer. He took over 2400 pics over the weekend. This first link is some of his detail shots.

This link is to his shots that are more people centered. The password is "gocards" http://www.eventpix.com/guest/events/event.php?_function=detail&key=5cb999f8aac34dfe89d8d69b3d566acd We also had the resort photographer for an hour as part of the divine package. We used them for cocktail hour, since our photographer was busy doing the family portraits. Here is the link to the resort photographer's cocktail hour album. http://erikaanddaniel.nowsapphire.adventurephotos.com.mx/s7-slideshow-2.html[/]

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
