I haven't touched my website since a few weeks before we left, but maybe this will help:

I changed it as we moved closer to the wedding by adding the "what to pack" tab, and rearranging some of the tabs.  For example, I moved the "Booking" tab lower after the RSVP date.

Thank you so much for sharing!!

Stephanie, I Used The Salon For Hair And Makeup. So Did Several Of My Girls And My Mom. They Did Great-I Told People To Bring Photos Of How They Wanted Things DonE. The Makeup Lasted Through The 90+ Heat As I WaS Sweating My Butt Off. My Hair Was Up And Never Fell Down. My Niece Was Not Happy At First With Her Hair But They Fixed It Until She Was Happy. I Would Recommend Them To Use Just Bring Photos As They Dont Speak English Well.

We Used The Guitar, It Was Awesome And Everyone Thought He Was Great!

Happy Monday all!!!

Has anyone used the onsite DJ? And if so were you happy with this choice?

Next question, have anyone used the gutarist during their ceremony?

I am currently comparing four different DJ services I can email you details if you would like once I have collected it all. Let me know :)

I want to make sure I have this right- I am doing the Divine package 25 people which includes cocktail hour (apps and drinks) and (3 hour reception dinner and drink).

Every person over that is $99/person + tax that will include them in the cocktail hour and 3 hour reception is that correct?

I am working on wedding stuff right now and will send it to you. I have DJ MANNIA and DOREMIXX.

I heard the resort DJ is $350per hour plus you have to rent the speakers which is $130 per hour which would be $480 I have email to Ramon on this and will let you know asap! Are you just looking for the basic DJ pack.

The resort DJ is $350 an hour. You do not have to pay the additional $150 for the speakers. That is included in the $350.

So this is what i have for DJ expenses so far this is 4 hour reception. I have the number for a 3 hour reception let me know if you would like to see those.

DJ MANNIA- $900 for 4 hours + $300 Vendor= $1,200

DOREMIXX- $800 for 4 hours + $300 Vendor= $1,100

DISCO MOVIL $700 for 4 hours + $300 Vendor= $1,000

Resort= $350 for 4 hours = $1,400

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
