Would you mind sending me along your budget sheet, I am still waiting for Anel to send me mine.  Thanks!  kellaway427@gmail.com

Sam you opened pandoras box. I would also like to see. I sent an email like 2 weeks ago asking for the sheet as well as about doing one long table for the reception and the dimension but no answer yet. Shocking I know....anyways, I've PM'ed you with my email.

Thank you so much Sam! BTW one idea you could do to save some $$ is to use the Eternity menu vs the Devine menu for your guests since you'll be having the extra people. Or even see what it would cost for you to do a buffet. You are a god send. Still no word from Ramon. I'll let you ladies know if I get my budget list.

Hey ladies,

So I heard back from Ramon. I have the pricing sheet for 30 guests for the Eternity package. We're not doing any over the top decorations cuz I'm bringing that all down. If any of you would like to see that sheet let me know. Also, we wanted to have one long table instead of multiple tables so here are the dimmensions for that. Let me know if you have any other questions. Hope this helps girlies.

Best!

From Ramon:

We will set 6 rectangular tables all together . each one has 2.44 mts long , 75 cms width. This is what the basic set up will look like.

Ok, I think I got all the requests for the budget for the Divine package, but if not, please send me a private message otherwise I won't see it until I get on here!  I have also started an excel sheet with my ideas, costs, where to buy items, and theme.  I am an excel freak and cannot live without lists, I know I am crazy ;)  I don't mind sharing anything!

If anyone has any suggestions or tips that have recently been married there, let me know.  I am NOT picky and plan on 'going with the flow' while I am there.  I will not be having programs or any of that fancy shmancy stuff.  Getting excited though, only 11 months! ha..

Question:  What is the deal with a rehearsal?  Is there one at all??

I believe they let you do a rehearsal run through at the ceremony site. You have to pick a time between other ceremonies. As far as rehearsal dinner goes you have to either make a reservation at one of the restaurants or plan a private dinner by reserving their private dinner areas. Either way you'll have to pay minimum $22 pp. The most cost effective way is to hold it at the buffet. They you don't have to pay another dinner pp. It may not be as private but whatevs you'll have the fancy private dinner the next night. But that's just my thoughts...I'm a budget bride so having to pay for more meals at an AI resort doesn't make much sense. Good Luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
