They have a sound system that they let you use as part of your package. So if you have an ipod or CDs or whatever and just let them know what the order is your good to go. There's apps out there like My Wedding DJ that does all the organization for you. Good Luck!

I attended a Now Sapphire webinar in February that was coordinated through this forum, and Ramon said that you were allowed to provide guests with an entree option, but you had to have the final count in ahead of time.

So on our invites it's safe to give our guests two meal options and or veg or allergy info? I just don't want to send that out and then have them be like "Oh no. Only one option" I'd feel like a real jerk telling my guests that they could have what they wanted

I was told 2 meal options plus the veg option, but I wouldn't put anything on my invitations until you confirmed it with your WC. The webinar was back in February, so maybe things have changed since then...............................

Hello,

My name is Kathie... I am getting married in Now Sapphire on May 2013. We are so excited.

I was wondering whether anyone arranged to buy flowers outside of the hotel for the center pieces?

it is super expensive to buy it in the resort.

If anybody has any suggestion that would be great

Thanks

Kathie

Yes there is a lady who does it but I cannot remember her name to save my life. I believe you can look at some of the ealier posts, like posts numbers in the 40s or 50s.

I found a florist name on here, Vanessa Jaimes www.vanessajaimes.com

I haven't confirmed that I'm going to get flowers through her yet, but I am meeting with her when I go for a preview trip in November. She's very quick to respond to emails and has worked with the resort before (she indicated that they may charge a vendor fee, which I'm expecting). I can give an update after I meet with her!

I suggest separate. The reception is already set up before the ceremony and there probably won't be enough time between ceremony and reception to make the switch. On tequila terrace your guests will see the reception set up as they are being seated for the ceremony.

I have a question. I am ordering my chair sashes. Do I need to get seperate ones for the ceremony and dinner or will they take them and move them? If anybody can help I would appericate it.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
