We had fun on our trash the dress photos! I acutally had to buy a knock off dress on ebay for my TTD because we had to do our pics the day before the wedding as our photographers left the day after the wedding and their flight left at noon (we flew photographers from home to our wedding).

I love the last pic- as it is a group of our friends at the pool hanging out in the backgroud! :)

Someone told me it's not "trash" the dress, more of a "rewear" or "rebranding".  Why spend so much money on a dress that your only going to wear once!  When you can do so much fun stuff in it!!!

I love the idea and the photos are amazing but I dont know if I could bring myself to "Trash" my dress. On the other side what do you really do with the dress...store it in a closet?

Thanks for the input I never really thought about the salt water thing. If u do itin fresh water it probably isn't as bad for ur dress, depending on whatits made of...

Most of the time the dress is not even "trashed" that is just what it is called. Many brides have said that their dress was actually cleaner after the trash the dress than it was after the wedding itself.

I hope that is the case... I am planning on wearing my dress to my AHR a month later!
