Call me no fun, but I see it as really wasteful. There are many brides who couldn't afford to buy some of the dresses you have ruined. I do like the photography in natural settings with the dress - the bride sitting in the window sill, and the one by the tree. But, why not think about donating that dress to someone who can't afford to buy such a beautiful garment?

I did a TTD session......at first i was going to get a "cheaper, lighter" dress.....but in reality, my favorite TTD pics are the ones where the bride is wearing her actual dress......so beautiful.......my dress was ALL lace, and got so much sand in it, even a red stain on the bottom from a drink during the wedding,  but i brought it to the dry cleaners and its BRAND NEW!! needless to say, i brought with it 125 pounds of sand in my luggage lol..... Once I get my pics i will share with everyone......

I am so excited to do the TTD session!!!  It's such a great opportunity to spend some fun and intimate time with your husband away from your guests (i know how this sounds but the idea of stealing moments away from everything together, i'm looking forward to it) and the pictures that come from it are amazing!! As for my dress?! Yes it's designer and I don't care! One man, one dress... I'll have it cleaned when I get home (just hope it dries in time as we leave the next day)!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
