I just wanted to let you know that your MIB invites were a huge inspiration to me...my fiancé and I made ours yesterday...it was hilarious because he seemed to think it was going to take no time at all to do these...we were going on 4 hours of working on them when I looked at him and said "see.....a project like this isn't easy!" and he stuck in helping me out the whole time!! We have about 10 more to finish today but we took some to our family last night and personally delivered them and it was so rewarding to see how much they loved them!! Ladies if you are thinking of doing it, DO IT! but know that it is time consuming.....so rewarding though!! Thank you for your tips Sunshine!! Best of luck with your wedding!!

Susan, I have the same boxes and I did pack a reply card and envelope in easily...I actually put the card and envelope in first and then the bottle... My envelope is 5 3/4" x 4 1/2" and my reply card is 5 1/4" x 4 1/4"...hope that helps! Oh and if they were any bigger, I really don't think the box would have closed!! Lol Good luck!!

LOVE these Shannon!!! Just curious - what size envelopes and response cards did you use and how did you stuff them into the box? If I do these, I am going to order the boxes from sand art supplies and they are only 7" x 2" x 2" so I am trying to figure out whether or not I want to do response cards or just have them RSVP on our wedding website. Great job on these : )

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
