Sandals La Toc in St. Luicia wedding advice please

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

My finace and I are looking at planning our wedding for march 2014 in st. Lucia and loved the look of La Toc but can't seem to find any reviews of weddings there. We wondered if anyone had got married or is getting there and what the experience was like?

Many thanks

Charlotte and Dan

Hi!!

We are getting married there in December. I am just starting to get the details for this planned,so I don't know how much I can offer you, but what specifically are you looking at or wondering about? We have the skeleton of this planned but have to do the more nitpicky stuff  still. I'd love to have someone to bounce ideas off of if you do end up choosing this one!

Let me know!!

Hi Ladies!! I am so happy to have found other Sandals St Lucia brides in the planning process. We are getting married at the Grande April 14, 2012. How far along are you in the planning? How many guests are you expecting? This is the biggest variable for us right now. It is hard to plan the reception options without having a good feel for how many people will be there!! Hopefully we will start getting definitive answers from people soon :)

Can any of you brides offer any tips or feedback on how your wedding went?  We're planning a ceremony there in November of this year and I can't find any information from anyone who's gotten married at La Toc.  Seems like most are getting married at Grande and it's a little nervewracking!  Anything would be appreciated!  thanks ladies!

Hello All,

I'm getting married in May 25, 2013 at the Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia. I'm very excited and very nervious. I dont see any reviews on the Sandals La Toc. I would like to know how a La Toc wedding went. Also, I would like to hire outside photography but I dont want them to get kicked out. Has anyone hired outside photography with a day pass and had any issues?  Please help!!!

I am getting married at the La Toc on 4.20.2012 and am very excited! Had my first phone consultation with the wedding coordinator a few weeks ago and it was not that helpful :( Has anyone had there wedding there yet? I have so many questions....We are getting married on the beach at noon (which is the latest we could get unless we want to spend a fortune on the twilight ceremony) and then there is a cocktail reception afterwards. We decided to do a destination wedding to keep costs minimal and have a small wedding but Sandals wants to charge for everything. We really want to keep it simple and would love feedback from someone who has done the same thing there.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
