    Honestly, this is the best advice ever! A destination wedding can be hard because some of your favorite people just simply can't afford to go. Sometimes you hear excuses about why people can't come that just make you cringe, but we just have to remember that it was our choice to have a destination wedding not them. So we can't expect them to set aside the money to go,  If it means that much to you for certain people to be there you can always bite the bullet and pay for them. Or just have an AHR where they can celebrate with you. Most of our family isn't coming but I'm ok with it because our closest family ( parents) and our best friends will be going and those are the people that matter the most.

      True... we are getting legally married at home and going to the restaurant  to have a little celebration with family that might not be able to join our DW...

              One of the best planning advice for a DW, is hire a wedding planner! She or He will help you a lot with the planing details while you relax and have fun :)
