I assembled the small baggies at home (better/worse, richer/poorer, sickness/health) but everything else I put together at the hotel.  It was a bit of a frenzy getting it done in time for our welcome party (our flight was delayed an hour, and boy that extra hour would have helped!) but it was so much easier to pack up this way.  I brought a stapler with me to do the big baggies and adhesive for the water bottle labels.  The rest was just stuffing and sorting - my sister & I set up a little assembly line to get it done.

REALLY nice!! I love your bags!

Did I miss the template for your baggie-tops? Cause I love the idea of doing the baggies instead of throwing everything into the bag... I am doing vistaprint tshirts and pashmina's so I'll be putting those in tied with ribbon or something.. oh I can't wait for the guests to see the bags and their contents!

I didn't post the template for the baggy tops but it's on another thread here. I can't remember the name of the thread but I didn't start it. It was someone asking for templates and a bunch of us posted. I currently don't have computer access otherwise I'd post the link.

I keep forgetting that all of our guests probably have never been to a destination wedding and are not on this website ALL day long like us!! HAHA!! I'm so glad all of your hard work was appreciated!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
