Grand palladium beach reception

I'm really having a hard time finding photos of a beach reception at the GP. We are considering having ours on the beach there. Anyone done this can you sha re your experience and/or photos? Anyone have unlink to beach receptions at the GP?

im having the same problem with the GPLH trying to find pics of the beach reception and the blue lagoon. and i cant find anything...so what im going to do is e-mail my W/C today...when i hear back ill let you know

i found ONE photo of beach reception on my extensive search but it doesnt show much.  I have found a few at the blue lagoon though, it seems to be the most popular choice for receptions.

I just got the e-mail from my W/C... and i was told in order for you to do your reception on the beach....there is a min number of ppl (50) which iam not having lol so Blue lagoon it is!!!!! lol lol but here are the pics she sent me.

funny that both those pics show chiavari chairs, but when i asked if they had them available they said no. even though ive seen multiple photos from their resort that show chiavari chairs.  she said the only upgrade was to garden chairs. i guess ill have to ask again, i really wanted chiavari. communication seems terrible, i mean i usually have to send at least 2 emails to get my question answered because they arent thorough enough with their first answer. always seems vague.

Really????!!!!! ive never had any problems with natalie green who is the W/C manager...and is the only person ive talked to. I figure if im getting married and spending a small fortune there i was the manager to deal with me lol lol

I know when i e-mail her i do everything in bullet form...and i also ask all my questions in one e-mail (always really long) lol but hell im picky and i dont want any surprises!

As far as the chairs go...i look at it this way....if they have them advertised, then they should be available. I will call her today and see what info i can fond out for us!

The photo with the chiavari chairs and the yellow flowers is from a bride on this forum...I think Mswhatever.  Her posts said she rented the chairs directly from Tai Flora as the resort did not have them.  Several other brides have also said they got quotes for the chairs from Tai Flora.

who have you been dealing with for your WC there? i have been emailing nekeisha? i seem to have a hard time getting a response from her, i as well wanted a beach reception but she never emailed me back regarding that possiblity, just that for a private reception it was $45 a person. is that who you have been emailing ?

I was planning a beach bbq reception, then I found out that the "beach" bbq was on the sand volleyball court.  I decided it wasn't worth the $55/ person.  At first I considered an offsite reception, but that was going to be too expensive.  So we are eating at the resort, and will still do toasts, cake cutting, etc.  I'm still happy with everything!
