All you do is put a pork loin in the cooker with a can of beer and enough water to cover the pork and whatever spices you like. Leave it on overnight. Put the BBQ sauce in only an hour or so before serving just to heat it up.. otherwise it tends to separate. I heard about the beer too but have never tried. Too much liquid in a SlowCooker isn't great.
This is my favorite crockpot meal.. Chicken Tortilla Soup.. It seems like allot but most of these ingredients are frozen or canned. I even put in frozen chicken breasts and just shred before serving with two forks. I've gotten great compliments and you can add more hot sauce to make it nice and spicy!
