February 2012 Brides!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

Hi all-

I just found this board today and wanted to introduce myself! I'll be getting married on February 28 at Ocean Blue & Sand in Punta Cana. I love seeing where everyone is at in their planning so I can reassure myself that I'm on the right track :) Happy planning!

Anyone interested in a "Custom Made Wedding Website" ... let me know.  I made one for myself and then started to make them for other brides that are having destination weddings. :)

The website could be similar to this http://WWW.DEVONANDTABBY.COM or anyway you like.  I am very flexible and can really create anything you want.

I started this for myself because I HATED the wedding websites that were out on the market and especially the free ones and just made my own...

You can create your own:

Pages

Pick your own Music or Play List

Have tons of pages

Pick from tons of colors, patterns, looks etc... basically WHATEVER YOU ENVISION! :)

Endless albums

Any design you want on any page

Basically ... your wish is my command! YAY!

Prices are from $199 - $499 depending on how many changes and pictures etc.... :)

Let me know ...

I agree with you, I feel like I am at a standstill as well! My list of things to do:

1: Buy Bubba Kegs for bridal party

2: Buy Lingerie/Jewelry for my Boudoir shoot

3. Send out email to bridesmaids regarding hair and shoe requirement

4. Pay for rehearsal dinner (having ours at the Jellyfish)

5. Put playlist together for wedding/dinner/dancing

6. Buy dresses for Bridal shower

7. Get sons passport

8. Pick out shoes

9. Makeup and hair trialDress fitting 12/28/2011

10. Final dress fitting 1/28/2012

11. Lose 15 Lbs....

I am sure I will have more the closer we get...86 days until we leave, 91 days til our symbolic ceremony. 7? days until our legal ceremony (a question mark because we havent really decided on an actual date yet)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
