Hey Ladies! I am supposed to pick out 3 hot appetizers and 3 cold appetizers and I am having a hard time picking! I want to do something fun, that our guests might not have at home! Any suggestions?

 

Here is what I am thinking..

Hot wings (for the picky eaters)

Beef Brochette

Chicken and cheese turnovers

 

Guacamole and Salsa

Tostadas

Choux w/chicken salad

 

Anyone had these? Good bad? HELP :)

Honestly, I dont even remember the apps, or hearing any comments on them, we were so busy taking pictures we never ate any, so i am not much help,

 

here was my menu:

 

–Cold
•Grissini with prosciutto ham
•Acapulco shrimp cerviche on tartlets
•Chile stuffed with tuna salad
–Hot
•Mini Vole au vent with sea food
•Beef brochette with blue cheese sauce
•Chicken and cheese turnovers

My WC switched from Mariana to Magda too... I didnt really have a chance to get to know Mariana very well since Ive only been planning for a little over 2 months. Im sure it will be all good! Im excited for everyone's weddings to start happening! I want to see pictures!!!

Hey Ashley!  I am also getting married at Dreams on June 11!  We're date twins!

Looks like it is going to be a crazy busy weekend for the hotel!! 

How is your planning ocming along?  I am pretty much finalizing all the small details and working with Florenta to also finalize the floral stuff. 

I assume you are having your reception at the cascade Terrace?  Are you doing a beach ceremony?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
