10. Trim the wires so that only the rose and hydrangea stems are visible below the floral tape. Trim the stems to a few inches below the tape, and seal the ends with hot glue.   11. Wrap the stems

Here is my DIY brooch bouquet! I loved having it the day off and now can keep it forever!

Supplies: 30-40 brooches 12 real touch roses (leaves and thorns removed) 2 bunches of silk hydrangea (I got the cheap stuff since it’s just filler) – remove and set aside the large leaves

I started mine as well, but have decided to tap the family members for brooches, I have brooches from all of the women in our family and grandmothers, great grandmothers etc, I have amassed almost 200 family brooches and have them wired, I am using a foam form in the middle to create a globe presentation, on the wedding day I plan to ring it with lilies, and wrap it with the ribbon I am using throughout the wedding.  I wanted to create something that would be an heirloom and the idea started with my late mom and grandmas jewelery, I loved the idea of including them I will post photos as soon as I have it finished

that's awesome! I've never seen anyone in my family wear pins so I was out of luck there LOL Sounds like it will be a wonderful heirloom for you! Can't wait to see it!!

Well I have been trying to think of an alternate to flowers because the whole "real touch" I'm not loving!! So i have been searching and searching and love this whole broach idea as I was searching for ideas I came across a seller on etsy "romanticflowers" that has this i fell in LOVE my colorsd are pretty much all white!!

I Love this and also saw it on esty. I think they also have boutonniere to match that were great.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
