I am so glad I ran across your DIY brooch bouquet.  I, too, and planning a DIY bouquet with a few brooches.  I knew I was going to put a framed picture of my father on my handle too, so that was a nice touch to see on yours.  I have all my brooches now so I was searching on the best way to wire them and the way you did it is exactly how I was thinking.  So, thanks for the confirmation on the steps.  June 2, 12 Bride, Tammie

I'm making a brooch bouquet as well and I was wondering if anyone had a problem bringing it on the plane?  I'd rather bring it in my carry on since there are sentimental brooches in it, but will they let me bring it through security?

Loved the bouquet! I'm not getting married until 2013 but i've already started collected the brooches and I actually ordered some from the same site you used. This was the best tutorial i've seen yet and i'm glad how you explained where and how you stored your bouquets, I have been worried about what to do with mine since i'm starting on it so early!
